We are working actively with MBIE to compile critical and relevant information that is specific to the BCA Accreditation Programme, and to provide BCAs & AOBs with an update approximately every four months.

These updates were sent to the recorded Authorised Representatives, Responsible Managers, and Quality Managers of the Building Consent Authorities and the Accredited Organisation - Building as well as here on our website for further dissemination.

These updates are intended to communicate any observed trends from recent assessments, reminders regarding any relevant MBIE guidance updates to the Detailed Regulatory Guidance and any other relevant business relating to the programme.
