Rachel Barnett joined IANZ in 2017 as a Lead Assessor within the Healthcare Programmes, moving to the Training Manager position in 2022, supporting both internal and external learners. As a lifelong learner, Rachel has a passion for delivering complex ideas and methods in exciting and novel ways, as well as adapting to the individual learning styles of her learners to get the most out of every session.
Janice joined Training Services in 2024 and brings experience in learning and development from both the disability and corporate sectors. She supports the delivery of training through coordination and participant care, ensuring every detail runs smoothly. Janice genuinely cares about creating positive experiences and loves seeing people leave training feeling confident and ready to apply what they’ve learned in their roles.
